In the final weeks of 2021, Team Clark completed our dramatic Rose Loop Residence. Perched above beautiful Eagle Harbor on a steep hillside, this project required extensive sitework, including two shored piling retaining walls. Ran rain go away… actually, we are not overly concerned when it rains over here at the Rivulet construction site as we have a state-of-the-art stormwater management system operating. The system has a temporary holding pond that collects all stormwater runoff across the whole site.
