In the final weeks of 2021, Team Clark completed our dramatic Rose Loop Residence. Perched above beautiful Eagle Harbor on a steep hillside, this project required extensive sitework, including two shored piling retaining walls. This created both a structural wall for the home as well as a flat landscaped side yard. The 3,000 SF 3 level home is a masterpiece in sustainable design and construction. Green features include: an impressive solar power array, solar hot water, hyper insulated aero gel, and state-of-the-art heat exchange ventilation. The architecture by Coates Design is northwest modern, and sports high-end finishes throughout including: elm ceiling panels and casework, blackened steel accents, stone veneers, upscale lighting, polished concrete floors with integral color, large format multi-slide doors, among many other unique design features.
