Clark Construction and Kitsap County have partnered together in the construction of a $30 million center. North Kitsap Service Center include both a road operations facility, aimed to improve maintenance support for unincorporated areas of North Kitsap, and a household hazardous waste collection facility to serve all location residents. Site work began in September 2023 and the project’s completion is expected in March 2025.
