Warrior Ridge Housing Development, Phase 2

After successful completion of Phase 1, including seven single family housing units, four apartment buildings and four duplexes, Clark Construction is continuing their partnership with low-income housing tax credit project, Warrior Ridge, on the second phase of their affordable housing project. This $11.5 million phase includes the construction of an additional 30 more units for low-income tribal members, and of the 30 units, 15 are set aside for people who are experiencing homelessness at entry. 

This phase will include five two-story apartments, including eight units each for one-bedroom and three-bedroom, and 15 for two-bedroom.
