Ran rain go away… actually, we are not overly concerned when it rains over here at the Rivulet construction site as we have a state-of-the-art stormwater management system operating.  The system has a temporary holding pond that collects all stormwater runoff across the whole site. As we put our finishing touches on 2021 so did our Fort Worden project. Continuing to exemplify sustainable construction, this award-winning project has received it’s official LEED Silver certification for building 305 from US Green Building Council.
