Clark Construction Inc. CEO Announces Promotion of Kellen Bond and Chris Dykeman into Key Leadership Roles

Clark Construction Inc. CEO Casey French announced key leadership transitions that will go into effect June 2023, upon the retirement of Founder and President, Rachele Turnbull.  Kellen Bond will step into the role of President, and Chris Dykeman will become Vice-President of Construction.

Kellen Bond joined Clark in 2014 and has over 17 years in the construction industry. He worked his way up in the company, from project manager, Superintendent, project principal, vice-president of construction and now to president, effective July 1. Bond, born and raised in Kitsap, is deeply rooted in the Kitsap community. He is also a member of the Kitsap Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Chris Dykeman, joined Clark in February of 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Chris has 50 years of experience in the construction industry on the east coast, including work on medical facilities, science laboratories, educational campuses, factories and food processing plants, high-rise buildings, bridges and railroads. Dykeman has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and is a licensed Master Electrician.
