Clark has been pleased to work with The Kitsap Building Association apprenticeship program to support the training of interns into full-time skilled employees. The Builder Grant Program provides internship opportunities in the home construction industry, focusing on carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting & coating, and HVAC. Selectees are given a stipend for tools and teamed up with a trade mentor, working fulltime over a six-week period in an effort to educate and experience work in their designated field. At the completion of their training they are usually given full time employment. To date Clark has brought on two new employees through this excellent program.
