It is with great excitement that we announce the ground breaking of our Warrior Ridge project. Through this community supportive housing initiative and in collaboration with the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, our project team will construct homes on Port Gamble Tribal lands that are both affordable and provide services the residents need to thrive. The first phase of this project is on 8 acres of land and involves the construction of seven single family housing units at 700 sf ea., four apartment buildings at 2400 sf ea. and four duplexes at 1150 sf ea. Designed by Amanda Lange of Blue Architecture and Design, this 10 phase project covers a 185 acre parcel of land dedicated to Tribal housing. Environmentally-friendly and forward-thinking the project is requiring 75% of waste to be recycled. Expected completion of Phase 1 is Summer 2023.
