Clark Construction has teamed up with Bremerton developer Sound West Group to build a $25.5 million apartment complex next to Clear Creek in Silverdale. Named to reflect the natural environment in its backyard, The Rivulet Apartments, will consist of 78 units with a mix of open one-bedroom, one- and two-bedroom units. The apartment complex designed by Balance Architects will include two buildings — each with two levels over parking. Amenities to include a fitness center, sun deck, small dog park, and connecting path to the Clear Creek Trail. Built on 1.7 acres at the corner of Bucklin Hill Road and Blaine Avenue just west of Clear Creek, Rivulet will fill a need in downtown Silverdale for more housing that is accessible to the trail and a short walk to the new hospital, shopping and more.
