Progress is moving along swiftly at our North Shore project in Belfair, WA. This family vacation compound, custom-designed by BC&J to accommodate three generations, consists of 5 structures. The 3,000 sf main house is divided into two sections to create private living space for the primary owners, and shared living space for visiting family – a 1000 sf space accessed via a breezeway. Additional structures on the property include a 500 sf ADU, a gatehouse bunkhouse for the children, and a beach house aptly named The Oyster Temple for the oysters collectable right outside the door. A new steel-framed boathouse located on the compound’s second lot was also built by the Clark team and completes this Belfair vision of multi-family vacationing.
