Rachele speaks with Oregon State’s College of Engineering Center for Diversity & Inclusion and Women in Civil & Construction Engineering.

Clark Construction Founder and CEO, Rachele Turnbull, was recently invited to join Women in CCE and the COE Center for Diversity & Inclusion for their second instalment of the Leadership Webinar Series: Identifying and attaining skill sets to reach our career goals.  Rachele spoke on how individuals can better identify skill sets they have and how those might be translated into future jobs.  She encouraged students to explore how they can bring down barriers that exist particularly for women and women of color, in the pursuit of leadership positions.
