The Clark team has broken ground on our newest project: a mixed-use 26,000 sf, wood-framed apartment building at 4612 Stone Way N., in the Wallingford neighborhood. This apartment building will be home to 55 SEDU (small efficiency dwelling units), ranging from 251 – 321 sf with 3 units at 399 sf. The building will be 5 floors with a daylight basement – 5 stories of living and a 2080 sf street-facing commercial unit on the ground floor. Designed by Cone Architects, the building will be built to 4 star Built Green standards and will use cutting edge solar thermal technology for its hot water.
