Perched on a steep slope overlooking Eagle Harbor, the Rose Loop project has been undercover for much of its construction. This innovative protective cover serves several purposes. It made it possible to continue roofing through the rainy winter months. It provides additional safety to our team as they navigate the 3 stories of this home situated 200 feet above the water. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, it is an environmental protection for the waterfront, reducing construction debris from getting into Eagle Harbor.
