This sleek 1500 sf tenant improvement, completed in late 2019, is located in the heart of the trendy Ballard neighborhood. The Clark team succeeded in taking a new building’s empty shell and transformed its blank slate into a fully decked-out physical therapy studio, complete with high-tech rubber flooring throughout. Therapydia’s visible ductwork gives the space an open industrial feeling, and large storefront windows let in loads of natural light. While negotiating with the city council for building permits was no easy feat, the project came out on budget, with happy clients and a beautiful new modern space to boot.
