The remodel of this 100-year-old, 6,600 sq ft facility, located in the heart of Winslow on Bainbridge Island, included structural upgrades of CMU to existing wood connections and tenant improvements. The renovated space now houses Bruciato Pizzeria and the offices of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty.
