On April 20th we broke ground on Phase 1B of Roost! We are very grateful to all of our colleagues, supporters, family, and friends who have made this next step possible, and to everyone who came out to help us celebrate.
This phase, designed by Indigo Architecture & Interiors, will consist of 12 live/work townhomes in four buildings of three units each. The units will have living space on the upper two floors and commercial space and a garage on the ground floor. The buildings will be constructed using ICFs (insulated concrete forms), just as they were in Phase 1A. For more information visit roostbainbridge.com.
