Rain rain go away… actually, we are not overly concerned when it rains over here at the Rivulet construction site as we have a state-of-the-art stormwater management system operating. The system has a temporary holding pond that collects all stormwater runoff across the whole site. That water then gets pumped into holding tanks where it’s treated and filtered prior to discharging clean water into the County stormwater system. The purpose is to prevent ecological damage to Clear Creek which sits right next to our job site.

Jeff Krueger has retired from Clark Construction. While Jeff is leaving our ranks, he will continue to work with us on a consulting basis – speaking on behalf of the company and working with outside organizations to enhance our presence in philanthropy and sustainability in the communities we work within.

Over his eight years with the company, Jeff has worked closely with Rachele Turnbull and the rest of the executive team to shape Clark into the company it is today. His dedication and leadership has profoundly influenced the culture of the company, and his steady hand working with clients and architects has been exemplary. A strong advocate for Clark’s engagement with a number of local non-profits, he is well respected and trusted in our local community.

Continuing to exemplify sustainable construction, this award-winning project has received it’s official LEED Silver certification for building 305 from US Green Building Council. There was not a single GBCI comment on the construction credit documentation. Congratulations to the entire project team for a job well done!
