Roost is a community on the south end of Bainbridge Island comprised of three phases of construction. Phase 1A consists of five small and five large single family detached homes, 900 sf and 2300 sf respectively. The residences were constructed using insulated concrete forms (ICFs). This sustainable building method creates a tight building envelope, meaning lower heating and cooling costs and greater noise reduction. The completed project includes two more phases: Phase 1B consists of 12 live/work townhomes, and Phase 2 will include a restaurant, retail spaces, and a boutique hotel, all catered to the active Bainbridge Island lifestyle.
