The former headquarters of Clark Construction on Ericksen Avenue, in downtown Bainbridge Island, underwent an impressive remodel with a new 3rd mezzanine level. Once complete, this Tenant Improvement will have transformed all four of the 3500 sf existing office buildings at the Ericksen Avenue Office Park into a new private high school campus. Hyla School has expanded its program to this second site, intentionally located in the downtown core and just a block from the ferry terminal, to facilitate structured access to the surrounding community. Through ongoing engagement with the community, students at Hyla practice citizenship through apprenticeship and upon graduation are ready to support and influence their future communities. The first building is now complete and work has begun on the second office building with similar build-out and matching exterior siding.
