Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue Station 51

Clark Construction is partnering with Rice Fergus Miller on the $11.5 million demolition and rebuild of Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue Station 51 located in Silverdale. The new facility, spanning 19,770 square feet, is designed to meet the evolving needs of the fire and rescue services. It features state-of-the-art amenities, including four drive-through apparatus bays and an 11-dormitory facility, providing comfortable living quarters for the fire personnel stationed there. This project exemplifies Clark Construction expertise in delivering high-quality, purpose-built infrastructure. By combining innovative design with robust construction practices, we are creating a durable and efficient facility that will serve the community for years to come. Building demolition began in October 2023, and the project is expected to last 12 months.
