The end of 2020 brought the completion of our Silven project, which added 3000sf of additional living space to this lovely waterfront home on the North end of Bainbridge Island. In an effort to keep everyone at a safe and healthy distance, a drive-through nighttime Christmas party was created by the executive team. A flurry of activity continues on our Silven renov

A flurry of activity continues on our Silven renovation, as the team begins to wrap things up with a final phase of masonry work, scheduled to begin a few weeks from now. Among other things, current projects include the installation of the garage metal roofing, new exterior paint to visually tie together the new additions with the original home, all hardwood refinished in the existing house + addition, and installation of new masonry on all 4 fireplaces and chimneys. This home will be quite the labor of love once complete.

The Clark team has broken ground on our newest pro

The Clark team has broken ground on our newest project: a mixed-use 26,000 sf, wood-framed apartment building at 4612 Stone Way N., in the Wallingford neighborhood. This apartment building will be home to 55 SEDU (small efficiency dwelling units), ranging from 251 – 321 sf with 3 units at 399 sf. The building will be 5 floors with a daylight basement – 5 stories of living and a 2080 sf street-facing commercial unit on the ground floor. Designed by Cone Architects, the building will be built to 4 star Built Green standards and will use cutting edge solar thermal technology for its hot water. Clark has recently completed the Suquamish Shores

Clark has recently completed the Suquamish Shores Natural Play Area, transforming a small patch of forested land into a functioning play area and community meeting center. This project is unique for Clark as it consists mostly of design and civil work. The Architect for this beautiful project is Johnson Squared and the Engineer, Anchor QEA. It was a real community effort as trade partners and suppliers from all over the county were involved in the transformation of this empty lot. The end product includes public restrooms and a PNW peeled log-built picnic structure. Detailed landscape features and tribal art structures are present throughout the park. The Orca inspired play area includes a variety of equipment with slides and a water feature. The Suquamish Shores Natural Play
Area is sure to become a favorite PNW gathering place.
