Clark Construction is partnering with Rice Fergus Miller Architects on a multifamily housing project in Suquamish, which consists of 20 townhomes surrounded by community common areas, natural landscaping and green space.

Eight 1,200 sf 2-bedroom townhomes

Eight 1,500 sf 3-bedroom townhomes

Four 1,672 sf 4-bedroom townhomes

Three of the units will be ADA accessible. This is the first condo-style housing project for the Suquamish Tribe, which will be located just a short distance from the Downtown and community buildings.
