The Rose Loop Residence is a new construction, single family home, with approximately 3,000 SF of living space across three levels. The project site sits perched above beautiful Eagle Harbor on a steep hillside. Extensive sitework, including two shored piling retaining walls were required to complete the scope of work. This created both a structural wall for the home as well as a flat landscaped side yard that enjoys amazing views back towards Winslow and the Seattle Ferry Terminal. The architecture is northwest modern by Coates Design with high-end finishes throughout including: elm ceiling panels and casework, blackened steel accents, stone veneers, upscale lighting, polished concrete floors with integral color, large format multi-slide doors, among many other unique design features.
