This Tenant Improvement at our ROOST project in Lynwood Center was created by Clark as an extension of our main office.   Showcasing beautiful employee artwork and hand-built furniture, the Maker Space/Speakeasy is to be used for smaller gatherings & meetings and to demo innovative building technologies to potential clients and the local building community.
