Kellen began his career as a labor/carpenter in high school and worked up through the ranks to superintendent and project manager. He has been in commercial construction for more than 10 years, primarily as a working superintendent. With 3 years of Project manager experience in the residential construction.
Kellen’s primary role with Clark includes preliminary bidding, scheduling and buyout. Project management of residential construction. His many years of commercial superintendent experience allow him to slide into field roles, to speed up production or share techniques to deliver a quality job in the most efficient manner.
Kellen’s education includes West Sound Tech, Bates Technical College, and the University of Washington Construction Management program. His varied construction background includes work on the Clean Water Innovation Labs at the UW, office buildings, casinos, a fitness center for Peninsula College, medical facilities, government modular buildings, veterinary clinics, retail buildings for shopping centers, 54 unit Rainier apartment complex and Numerous custom homes ranging from $600k-$2M.
