Like the other homes at Pleasant Beach Village, this neighborhood has beautifully landscaped common areas with water features and accessible pathways, allowing for easy access to Lynwood Center and Pleasant Beach Village amenities. This phase of Pleasant Beach Village construction began in May of 2023 and was completed in July 2024.
