Modern style shed roofs lend a simple but distinguished look to the matching home and ADU of the Terrace Shelter project. Designed and built by the Clark team, this project was truly an in-house labor of love.  Sitting on an old pasture allows for a view into the past, in the Olympic Terrace neighborhood on Bainbridge Island.
